PLEASE NOTE: Due to Coronavirus, most shipping/delivery services are running slower than usual. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
We aim to process and ship orders within 48 hours of order being placed.
All orders with a total of over €200 (ex. VAT) and under €1,500 (ex. VAT) have free shipping in the Republic of Ireland.
For orders of over €1,500 (ex. VAT) please contact us to arrange delivery.
Orders over 20kg in weight may require additional shipping charges depending on products ordered. Please contact us to arrange delivery.
We mostly use a combination of An Post and DPD for shipping orders. At times we may select alternative shipping providers and/or services who may be more suited to delivering your order.

Small Packet Terms & Conditions:
Large envelope and small packet rates are offered depending on the size and weight of your shipment. At checkout, you will be offered one of the above choices if your order meets the criteria.
An Post small packet shipping is not tracked.
Once we have fulfilled your order, you will be sent an email to confirm shipment.

Parcel Terms & Conditions:
We use AN Post or DPD for all larger parcel deliveries. Both An Post and DPD offer a 1-2 Working Day service. 1-2 Working Day delivery is not guaranteed however we will do our very best to ensure your order is shipped promptly.
Our goal is to process orders within 48 hours of order being placed (once items are in stock).
Once we have fulfilled your order, you will be sent a tracking number by email where you can track the status of your delivery.
If your order is shipped by DPD, you will be sent a text message and email from DPD notifying you of the time window your goods are due to be delivered.
All delivery dates and times are estimates only and Event Production Supplies will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of any goods. If you have an urgent or out of business hours order, please contact us to see if we can arrange an alternative delivery method.
If there is an issue with a product you have ordered or if you would like to return an unopened and unused item, please make contact with us and we can arrange returns. Purchaser will be liable for return postage/shipping.
