At Event Production Supplies, we know that events don't follow normal opening hours. We also know that events don't follow normal delivery times, so thats why we will try our best to make our products available during weekends and at odd hours of the day and night.

Large envelope and small packet rates are offered depending on the size and weight of your shipment. At checkout, you will be offered one of the above choices if your order meets the criteria.
An Post shipping is not tracked.
Delivery times are not guaranteed however we will do our very best to ensure your order is shipped promptly. Our goal is to process orders on the same day if order is placed before 9am (once items are in stock).

Parcel Terms & Conditions:
We use DPD for all larger parcel deliveries. DPD offer a 1-2 Working Day service. 1-2 Working Day delivery is not guaranteed however we will do our very best to ensure your order is shipped promptly. Our goal is to process orders on the same day if order is placed before 9am (once items are in stock).
Once we have fulfilled your order, you will be sent a tracking number where you can track the status of your delivery.
When your item is out for delivery, you will be sent a text message and email from DPD notifying you of the time window your goods are due to be delivered.
All delivery dates and times are estimates only and Event Production Supplies will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of any goods. If you have an urgent or out of business hours order, please contact us to see if we can arrange an alternative delivery method.
If there is an issue with a product you have ordered or if you would like to return an unopened and unused item, please make contact with us and we can arrange returns. Purchaser will be liable for return postage/shipping.
